Good deal, we'll be there at the end of July.

nuckledragger 04-21-2006 8:12 AM

Sweet, I'll be there in Sept.

deuce 04-21-2006 9:01 AM

Up 31' from this time last year.

Sept. is such a great time of year at Powell.

dan_forrest 04-21-2006 12:09 PM

Sept for me too. Cant wait

September sucks for Powell. It is Monsoon season in Mexico so Powell gets really windy and rainy. You should go in July and August, thats when its pimpin!

bummerkit 04-21-2006 3:29 PM

I'll be there in may, june, july, august, and september.

Quinn has the right idea! I just may jump aboard the powell train

Jim,
I like your style...

Yea July and August are definately the best months. To cold and stormy any time after that

nathan1pure 04-21-2006 6:49 PM

I will be there in June. I love that place.

robandrus 04-22-2006 1:43 PM

Of course the chart says it's still 109' below full. The thing I love about powell is that its different every time you go, always new things to expore and new places to camp.

trash4life 04-22-2006 10:35 PM

I'll be there next weekend for a houseboat cleaning party and will be taking the boat out for the first time this year, so I'll let ya know how it looks.

dr_inc 04-23-2006 1:21 PM

i wish we could take california water and give it to powell.... we have tons to spare

polkaking27 04-23-2006 4:21 PM

uh... doesn't all the water released from powell go to California. I remember having a "stupid californian" conversation a couple years ago becasue you get all the Powell water!!! I may be wrong. But if you have plenty of water this year, maybe the outflow of Powell will be less
