http://www.wakeworld.com/news/videos...axis-crew.html

Saw they finally got this video edited and up from the west coast road trip the Axis crew took earlier this month. Check it out!

Had a blast with the guys out at Bartlett when they came through AZ. The water was trashed by the afternoon so no riding but still caught a surf set. What a great group of people representing the brand! I expect great things from Axis in the months and years to come.

Great video. Man does anyone do better with social media than AXIS. Also I cant remember one video of seeing that boat with a bad wake. Hell most the time both sides are peaky and perfect!!! Nice job again Axis. Just need one in my garage in a few years.

Thats exactly right man. Makes me want to road trip with a boat.

Haha. Well, that is Dean Smith riding most of the time and he goes pretty big. Did you guys catch that quick shot of him shredding right below the Hoover Dam?

I'm draggin my A22 to Knox in the am for the PWT stop. I can't wait to shred with Adam McCall and some of my old riding crew.

I'm disappointed that I can't find any of the nice Axis shirts they were wearing online. The Axis website doesn't even have them

Email Bishop, I'm sure he can round one up for you. Do you have his contact info?

you_da_man 08-26-2011 12:23 PM

Can you PM me his contact info please. I'm not looking for free gear (but it's always cool). Thanks Chatt.

Sorry to hijak... but somewhat relevant to the topic. In between the road show stops, Randall and Ricky G. brought Randall's Axis out to Elsinore to support a local event for disadvantaged kids (wake the world socal). Thanks again guys for coming out!

those guys really nail it with their marketing videos. I had hoped to make it out to the Delta demo day out at Orwood, but it happened to fall on my son's birthday and birthday party. Would have been something to take in I'm sure.

Is the De Groot Lake a private lake? It sure looks like it, that place looks like wake boarding heaven.

yeah mark. I noticed that too. Its funny you say that because I was just thinking how there are 4 wakes I can always seem to pick out in a video or picture. the old SAN, for obvious reasons, the xstar (also for obvious reasons), then the SAN 230 (because the wake is always washed on both sides) and then the Axis because the wake is always clean on both sides. I love that about my A22, it is so NOT weight sensitive from side to side. I rode yesterday with some friends that have never been on a boat before and they were moving around while i was riding, but I did not know it until after my set when my wife told me. the wake was clean the whole time. :) loving it. My older tige would not have faired so well.

The wake was awesome but had wash on the landing side when Randall and Dean were cutting Hard. But they didn't need a landing wake because they were landing in the flats!Twelker had some wash in his landing wake also. But like i said earlier it was a AWESOME wake and a even more awesome video.Keep up the great work and video's AXIS!:D
