saltyoysters 01-09-2007 4:52 PM

Greg ,
sorry was out on the 23rd of december on sinclair at the power plant. water was 69. we plan to get out on 1-21 if it dont rain.

ai_rider 01-13-2007 9:17 AM

Mark,
How much warmer is the water at the plant. I have never gone under the bride over that way to check it out. Is it only on occasion that it is warmer, or season round? I only ask because my buddies and I are planning a small trip that way at the end of March, and I am sure the lake temp isnt quite up just yet. Thanks for the help.

wakeboardqueen 01-15-2007 8:38 AM

I always Start on march 13 lol no wetsuit/drysuit , its a tradition
Its freezing but fun

ai_rider 01-15-2007 5:09 PM

Tradition,
Whew, thats tough. Sounds like fun though. I guess I have no excuse then when we get there at the end of the month.

wakeboardqueen 01-16-2007 11:14 AM

Yah it is u cant breathe for the first few minutes

jnelson 01-17-2007 7:22 AM

Brian, What does the AI Rider mean, would that be one of the local shops around buford?

nclasen 01-17-2007 9:16 AM

Hey does anyone ride on Oconee? I have some family there and we visit several times a summer. Gorgeous lake, but haven't seen many wakeboard boats.

wakeboardqueen 01-18-2007 10:52 AM

I dont wakeboard there much but its near me

jsimpson7 01-18-2007 4:09 PM

I ride for Georgia State University's Waterski & Wakeboard Club. We keep our boat and ride at Lake Allatoona, which is north of Atlanta, and is also the wakeboarding mecca for GA...

rbc_racing 01-18-2007 7:13 PM

I live close to Kennessaw and Lake Allatoona. I take the boat out as often as possible during the afternoons in the summer. I am always looking for someone to go with me and I have plenty of room in the boat. It's usually only a cpl of us during the week anyway. We try to find a calmer place on the weekends, to get away from the crowds we will go to the north end of lanier or carters usually..

briand 01-21-2007 12:21 PM

Randall, I see Carters lake signs alot near my lake, but i never go there .. is it any good?

rbc_racing 01-21-2007 12:48 PM

Carters lake isn't nearly as crowded as the others but it can still be busy, we only went once last summer and we rode all day long without alot of interruptions. It's out in the middle of nowhere though and there's only one marina with gas and a store so take your lunch if you decide to go.

briand 01-24-2007 3:18 PM

yea, i go to lake blue ridge- sounds alot alike, no where near crowded like allatoona!

ltk 02-10-2007 7:15 PM

You guys looking to ride on Lake Tobosofkee? I'm not brave enough to get out there at the moment, but once it warms up I practically live on the water. Between my bro's and I, we have 3 decent wakeboard boats and one if not all are out on the water any given day of the week. Drop me a line if you're interested. -Lee
leekostick2 0@hotmail.com

miller_time 02-12-2007 6:50 AM

I'm on lake Hartwell. Anyone else ride out there?

dekay 02-12-2007 1:04 PM

Erin, You might be able to find a 2002 Nautique for around that price.

rbc_racing 02-12-2007 5:29 PM

I'll be hitting hartwell a few times this summer, one of my buddies has some relatives with a house on the lake there.

snead 02-14-2007 9:09 AM

Erin,

I have a buddy that is about to sell his 01 210 team probably for around that price. It's loaded to the gills and in very good shape.

ltk 02-14-2007 10:49 AM

didn't they swap top side hulls in 2002? Where the back is almost straight down making more room in the boat overall?

wakeboardqueen 02-15-2007 11:52 AM

Well I added up all my budgets and stuff , and I do not have the money for a boat right now with college and all , so I think I will jus keep Bummin rides !!! haha If anyone wants to donate that would be cool

seven20 02-15-2007 4:09 PM
