I just purchased a gator militant board that was shipped with a corner mashed and it has a half inch crack, I got the board on closeout and they are going to replace the board for me, however I was wondering if anyone knows of a way to fix this board so that it wont be a complete loss, I would think some sort of epoxy, any suggestions? Also do you you have to drill the crack to stop it? On anything else you would have to, but wakeboards? I would appreciate any help or suggestions, perhaps someone has done this before. thanks

sun cure. it's resin with chopped glass in it, and it cures in 5 minutes in the sun. It's also super easy to sand and shape, you can even polish it and blend it in with board with rubbing compound. A tip i learned is that mob grip tape cuts through it like butter for your rough snading

I absolutly love the Millitant!!! Although for some reason I think if I took it on a slider it would get completly trashed on the first hit. It just seems not as heavy duty of a board than others out there. Is this just my imagination or does anyone else think that.

I would try epoxy first and if that doesn't work, some 3M 5200. It'll take a week to cure but the bond will be stronger than the material it's attached to. You'll probably have to sand it a bit afterwards.
