i cant stop thinking about it. About a week ago me and my friends went up there and they had a 40 foot flat box out there. It didn't have the plastic material on it yet but they had it out. I don't know if they were working on anything else. The pro shop looked nice though. The owners have a WW account, and when they decide to open the park, I'm sure they will announce a date on their website. Freaking out will not help anything, just show some patience.

You guys need to have some respect for the kid. He's only 13 and its not that hard to figure out that he just cant wait to ride. Why are you bagging on him? I'm just as excited as he is for MAWI to open, it wasn't that nice last year and i cant wait to give it a try either. Give him a break. Who cares how many times he posts a message. I'm pretty sure from other post Caleb is a INT wakeskating dominator so I doubt he's better. And I doubt he's better than Nick Tomsyck either because I've seen a video of that kid ride and he's good. <BR> <BR>But yeah I talked to someone from the new ownership and said they were gonna stay off wakeworld because they were so busy they didn't have time to answer the bombardment of questions.

I talked to the owners yesterday, all good friends of mine. Weather permitting it looks like mid april till open. The park was in need of some serious TLC. The lake was down in order to take out some of the low spots and they have to fix a few parts on the dam. They are still getting everything organized but it is getting there. A lot of the new stuff is out and all the boats are there too. Hopefully me and few of the other guys can make a rail or two for up there.

I will keep everyone posted about the grand opening date. Sorry I haven't been better at responding. I am going to give you some advice. Don't claim you are better than someone (especially on this site), it makes you look like a d-bag, and really drops your credability, and it's even worse if you can't back it up. <BR> <BR>Just be stoked on the sport (in an appropriate, non-obsessive way), and you'll look a lot cooler than if you brag.

Yeah, just ride. Its hopefully going to be warm from here on out in OK. Style only gets better with time anyway, its also subjective to opinion.
