Hey, <BR>Just a quickie, if you get a boat with a coloured hull, do scratches from the shoreline show up heaps?, eg white undercoat? Looking at a new SAN and if this is a problem will probably stick with a white hull.. The boat will be getting beached a fair bit. <BR> <BR>Cheers

You're going to want a white hull over black or grey, usually they're white base underneath. They do make a nylon bow guard, "keel guard", about 8" wide x 3' .... it's not the best looking ... but it will save the majority of scratching.
