China man paid 95k on his house, the government offered 35k which he refused, so they built around him, so why did he accept 41k? They probably disconnected his power line.

I was actually surprised to hear China would offer people anything at all.

also, I have read that when you buy a property in China, you own that property for 80 years, then it goes back to the State. Guess where China man is buying property now?
