seems that all the bindings have tried hurt my left arch even went back to my old school transients yesterday same problem ?Does anyone have any suggestions

Well, which bindings are you talking about? If they are '09 Hyperlite bindings then the footbeds are terrible and you need to do some mods to flatten out the arch.

don't have any new bindings i've tried 3ds shanes same problem
