Giving thanks where due!
 

There seems to be allot of griping on here from time to time about manafacturers and suplliers not coming through...

This is a different story...

I've been working on my boat all winter getting it ready for summer however a busy work schedule had left me far from sea worthy when a permiting delay on my job site allowed me to take off for the 3 day holiday weekend. I called Duane a NVS Thursday night and told him I needed speakers!!! I decided to run NVS Prodigy's last winter and I picked up two bare enclousures months ago from Duane so I could paint them to match my boat, however I never dropped them back off for him to assemble after I painted them. Duane dropped what he was doing and assembled the speakers for me on the spot at 8 at night, he even ordered a pizza pie after he found out I drove staright up and hadn't had dinner yet. The guy is truely a class act and my new speakers looked and sounded amazing.

Friday I'm working to install the speakers and all the compnents on my boat and I realize I'm missing an xm tuner for my new deck, I just forgot to order it. I called Danny and Joe at Liquid Trends and even though Joe was out of town for the 4th of july weekend with his family he made arrangements for me to go to a local supply house and pick up the unit.

With NVS and Liquid Trends coming togethor for me at the last moment I was able to spend an enjoyable weekend at the lake with some crazy loud tunes!

A big thanks to Duane and Joe.. you made my weekend possible!

Thanks for the kind words Robert. I'm thinking people would be interreted in seeing some pics of your set up! I thought your paint job was nice. Let me know when you're planning to come to the Delta.

Not trying to high jack your thread but also wanted to give a shout out to all WW posters. Every question I have ever put up on here has been answered by a multitude of people and with so much detail and knowledge! This site really is invaluable to all of us as boaters and its the people on here that make it great!

I have to give credit to Duane myself he has outstanding customer service. In my opinion still the best tower speakers on the market!

Bought my NVS Addictions 6 years ago. Had a hiccup (my fault) with the mounts. Duane was awesome. Met me halfway to solve the problem. There's a reason to buy local in Norcal.

Great product and great customer service.

Duane is the man and his speakers are amazing!
