3M Marine Mildew Block

Has anyone used this before? It is supposed to help prevent mildew growth. Is it safe to use on vinyl/stitching (3M claims it is safe on vinyl but will it eat the stitching)? Ingredients are: water, styrene/acrylic copolymer, and Tri(butoxyethyl) phosphate.

Never used it , but 3M has alwasy made great marine products.

I've never used it either but I love their Post-it's
