Obamacare is not healthcare in any way, shape, or form. It is simply a device to destroy private healthcare "insurance" and providers so that the Federal Government will be able to institute a single payer plan where the government controls everything. Several Democrats have now come out and admitted that.

California Endowment is a private organization that can push anything they want. That said they have a lot of money for this public campaigns and I have no doubt we will see CA legislation on this topic.

Federal legislation is another story and unlikely especially before the 2014 midterm elections that the President has started campaigning for...

CA Endowment is a few floors above me right now, not a fan of most of their politics.
