GPS App for Cruise Calibration

What app is everyone using? I'm having a hard time finding on that has a decimal readout.

Using an iOS device at the moment.

ive used GPS V-Cockpit & SpeedoMeter both were very accurate.

I would use a handheld GPS.

Out of curiosity, how do you know they were very accurate? What known very accurate device did you compare them to? I ask because I had an app on my phone and when I compared to to 3 different handheld GPS's and a cop buddy's radar it was always 1-2 MPH off in the 30 mph range. Deviation increased as speed increased.

my buddy had a handheld GPS devise(garmin I believe) as well on the boat at the same time.

Cool. I know the app I had wasn't the ones you listed. I deleted it and can't remember the name. It wasn't even consistent. One time it was slow..the next fast.

Seatow app looks like it'll meet my needs. I'll try to confirm speed accuracy with the car. Thanks!

UPDATE: The SeaTow app was pretty spot on this morning when I was driving into work. Thanks for the recommendations.
