Just got back. Its about where it was in late august last year. You cant shore anchor off of fleming anymore, so a slip is necessary. Still some good coves at the waterfall, and around the bend by the ski-course.

its gunna be low.right now the lake is sitting at about 70 feet down and they plan to take the lake down to about 120 feet down. you'll be fine on the houseboat though plenty of places to still hide away at as long as your carefu and watch out for underwater trees
