Guys, looking for some help. How did you guys go about hooking up video cameras in your boats? Do you just run off the camera battery or do you have power inverters or even try running off a cigarette lighter adapter. I am looking for some input on what the best setup is. Thanks for any help.

i have usually an extra battery and i just use those, but i also dont use the LCD screen because it wastes lots of battery.

Extra batteries.

If you want the ability to charge a battery while on the boat check out the universal battery charger from Radio Shack. It comes with a cigarette lighter and an outlet attachment for $30. FYI - Depending on the size of your battery it can take anywhere from 1.5 - 3+ hours to charge..
