02wakesettervlx 04-28-2008 3:51 PM

Ooops, I forgot to plug my boys. Special thanks to Chicago Mastercraft.

Thanks for the compliments. BTW, that's my neighbor's house, their weekend summer house at that. I looked, and I don't have any pictures of my house on the digi. Maybe I will take a picture of my house.

Ben Kerran 04-28-2008 3:59 PM

Shane, you forgot truck and Lake?

Shawn-Congrats, sic set up

02wakesettervlx 04-28-2008 4:00 PM

I found a picture of the house right after it was built. Is it wrong that I have more pictures of the boats than the house?
Sorry, about the picture quality, crappy camcorder picture

illkid 04-29-2008 4:30 PM

Well that pretty much trumps my post. Nice looking set up man.

dlamont 04-29-2008 4:40 PM

shaun, your going to have to change your screen name. Sweet set up, is that a lake in the background?

bcrider 04-29-2008 4:54 PM

I HATE YOU. YES I'M YELLING!!!

Ridiculously jealous

02wakesettervlx 04-29-2008 8:24 PM

Evan, I am definitely blessed. I have an understanding wife too, and that helps.

I don't sell drugs, but the Escalade kind of has that personna. Actually, I built the house myself. GC'd it anyways. Tons of work, but I enjoy projects.

I would change my screen name, but I haven't figured that out yet without registering under a new account.

Darren, that is a lake in the background. www.ninovan.com

Thanks for the compliments, and if any of you all are ever in the Chicago area, we'd be more than happy to take you guys for a pull.

wakeandsnow27 05-06-2008 10:25 AM

you're a fiber optics super?
note to self: change careers.

helinut 05-06-2008 2:39 PM

I'd like to say that fiber optics don't pay that well around here!

02wakesettervlx 05-07-2008 10:34 AM

I run a division, and manage multiple large fiber optic networks.

canecorso 05-07-2008 10:45 AM

Sweeet I love it all...

How much did you save by GC'ing your house? We were looking at doing it also until this housing market crapped...

lionel 05-07-2008 11:04 AM

Shawn, did Eric at Chicago MC help you?

ripr 05-07-2008 11:15 AM

looking good Shawn...love the all white! We gotta get down there and ride your spot.

Try and stop by at May Demo!

badknees 05-07-2008 11:16 AM

Sweet!

h20jnky 05-07-2008 11:40 AM

Shawn,
Thanks! My soon to be ex-wife is on her way to Minooka to try to land you...

02wakesettervlx 05-07-2008 4:46 PM

I have a lot of friends in the trades, so I saved a ton GC'ing the house. Think 50% equity up front. Normally, on a house in the same price range as mine the GC would make around 50K. It's not easy, so be prepared to do a lot of running around. It took 7 months of my life to build the house.

Eric did not help me, but he's a good guy. I deal with Mark directly.

NAW, we will try to come to May Days, but I will probably leave the X at home. Mark has a Rusty wrap boat that I will probably be on. You are welcome to ride at my house anytime.

Manfox, I don't want or need two wives. The one I have is super cool.

aces6692 05-07-2008 8:55 PM

nice set up, that boat would look sooo good if u took off those graphics, it looks great now, but i love the look of all white, especially with those chrome letters on the back
