I had one. It was a great boat and threw a great wake. I installed a auto ballast system and perfect pass, tower, tower speakers etc.... It was the same model but branded ski challenger by bayliner. It was red. I don't think that boat is worth 16k, but I would say a lower amount. Good luck.
