Bluetooth enabled head unit

I've got a Centurion Avalanche that has a Sony RM-XM10 remote on the transom. I want to replace the head unit with one that has Bluetooth Audio streaming.

1. I don't have to stay with a Sony but the issue is the remote on the transom (2 holes). If another manufacturer offers a better head unit with a remote that will either mount in the same holes (unlikely) or at least cover the mounting holes that would be OK.

2. If I stay with Sony, which one do you recommend?

The only think leaning me towards Sony is the remote issue.

Thanks

I'm pretty sure I have this one and it works pretty good plus you can still use the remotes:

I'm waiting for the Clarion CMD9. Clarion told me a while ago it would be ready by the end of summer (argh!!!), but I saw on some other forum it might be ready in the next month. For now I'm just using a Bluetooth receiver connected to my stereo's aux input.
