Willamette River Conditions: Charbonneau/ Rogers Landing

I was wondering if anybody in the Portland Area has ridden around Rigers Landing or Charbonneau on the Willamette. Is it very fast and full of debris or is it comfortably rideable? And by comfortably I mean really comfortably because my driver is very cautious. Thanks for anything anyone has.

I was there recently. Water temp was low 60's and there wasn't much debris.

This pic was taken on Saturday, June 11 near Rogers Landing.
