They are simply the best. John G. Is more than cool and always willing to help. Simon is great to deal with as well. Of course it's also just nice knowing you can get in touch with Tim W. also. I've honestly never been treated so nicely and expediently by anyone in my life except maybe my mom. If we ever end up being ruled by a multi national corporation I want wet sounds heading up the board of directors.

On top of great customer service to the end consumer, they also respect thier dealers and support them 100%. This is equally important, because if the dealer cant get support from the manufacturer, then he is hamstrung in trying to support his customers.
