I wore my Oneil XL for two seasons at 6'2" 250, 36 waist, 50ish chest. Was a little tight, but worked. I'm smaller now (6'2", 190, 32 waist, extra small chest and arms!)and the vest fits nice, seems like maybe an ONeil XXL for ya?

I am a big boy, 250lbs and I have the Oneil Outlaw, and the 04 Oneil Vapor. I like both of them, I am ridin with the Outlaw more cuz the vapor comp vest comes up on a good fall. My lil bro has the 05 and says he has not had problems with it.

I am in the same boat. Have the 05 Oneil Outlaw XXL and my prob is that in warm water it gets too big. I am 6'5" and 250. 36 waist and 50 chest. Cannot find anything good. If you find something let me know. Seems my old body glove from 99 was the best

Exactly the same size as you. I hate my Vapor (XXL) - maybe because it's too big. Comes up on every fall. Terrible. <BR> <BR>I ride a JetPilot XL/XXL now - it's a couple years old - black non-CGA side entry. Best vest I've owned and fits perfectly.

I have a comp vest, but I sink like a dang rock. It is a "Punk Vest", pretty cool looking but I have to hold my breath while waiting for the boat to come back. <BR> <BR>Do these other vests have enough flotation to keep you up?

My Outlaw floats my fat @$$ just fine!.

6'0 225 and I ride with the XL Jet Pilot Assault, hands down, the best vest I ever rode with.

6'1" 220 and I bought a JetPilot XL Cell Block (CGA) and I love it but wish I'd bought a L instead. It's just a WEE too bit big. No problems floating me though, and way more flexibility than my old school Jobe.

oppps, meant i had the cell block, and agree with scott, i could have went with the large.

colin wright makes some good vest for big guys

if you want to float dont get the A-10....i have one and its slick....but floats worth crap
