All of the boys killed it in this video but Dean's riding was a standout!! I haven't seen a vid of him out for a while and man, it looks like he kicked it up a notch in Australia this winter (summer). That late bs 3 was just insane. |

Can anyone tell if Watson is riding his Hybrid with or without the fins? I haven't had a chance to ride mine behind the boat yet and was wondering if I needed to put some fins on it. |

andrew, i would bet my left testicle on it that he is riding without fins. you will be hard pressed to find a pro riding with center fins in

The new Watsons (regular and Hybrid) don't have center fins, they have two removable fins on the outside on each end. The Watson Classic still has a removable center fin configuration with molded outside fins. So I've been riding my Hybrid on the cable without any fins except for the small shaping on the bottom of the Hybrid. I was wondering if anyone could tell if he had added the metal fins onto the Hybrid.

Im sure he is riding the hybrid with fins the board was designed to edge with fins and not rely on the boards channels like his previous shapes. The reason his new shape has fins is that they are removable and replaceable for obstacles

So I was watching his interview at the Aussie ProAm and he says that he landed a Hoochie to BS3 ? Never been done before but does not make a big deal of it. WTH?
