Hello Newbie here trying to find some valuable info.

Where do you guys go for custom swim platforms and platform brackets?
|
Contact Brent Lemke at Boat Country, he has custom composite platforms.

209-838-2628

Good Luck

Spoke with Brent this evening, BTW: Great Guy, but I'm needing a different style than what he's making. Anybody know of some teak platform builders? Or, "cost competitive" aluminum platforms?
|
why not buy a teak swim plat from say a mastercraft dealer the 04-05 x-30 plat is one of the best looking ones I have seen.
|
Travis,

Try a local dealer - mine is Ski World, Pleasanton - see if they have any old ones in storage / back of the lot / leftovers / etc... The fiberglass are becoming popular so I would imagine dealers may have extra teaks? Maybe even just head down n get the measurements & make your own??? Good Luck

Lzy

Travis, My name is Tim Cross, and I am a finish carpenter. I recently built my own swim platform out of Brazilian Cherry. I would build you one if you would like. I will try to post a pic. I can do whatever you like. I inserted a trap door to access the wedge on my Malibu. Let me know what you think. I can use any kind of hardwood you like (teak). Send me an e-mail to timcross807@msn and I will send the attachments pics. I am not able to upload the pics. at this time.

All great suggestions. Thanks and keep them coming.

Tim - you have an email from me.
