Hey I have a 2001 Moomba Kamberra which is the same hull as the Moomba Mobius V from 2001. I am trying to figure out how to weight it down. Right now I have 540 in the front center ski hatch and 350 on each side of the engine (one in the walk through) The wake still is not exacatly where I want it. It seems to be really wide even at like 55 feet and not too tall. Should I put more in the front or back or where?? I really do not want to have to put any more fat sacs in the boat because I like the room and the low fuel consumption. If you have a Kamberra or Mobius V or if you have ridden in one, how was it weighted.
Thanks,
Bill

Will,

I have a moomba outback LSV. Its a smaller hull than the mob V but from my experience, the moomba boats like more weight in the front and ski locker than the back lockers. I run 650 in the locker, 600 in each back locker and two 250's in the front. Its still got plenty of power to get up on plane and throws a nice clean wake. I run the rope at 75' at 23.5 and no wash. Hope this helps.
