alight i figured it would be easier to try a hs backroll first instead of a tantrum because if i under rotate i probably wouldn't eat as much water. i came in and threw it and i spun untill about 3/4 and just stopped. i think its because i let go with my back hand cause as soon as i did that i sort of stopped. the people in the boat said that i had about 3ft under me and that i had enough rotation speed untill i stopped. any tips to help me stomp it this weekend would be apperciated.

try to keep both hands on the whole way through the rotation. Don't come in to hard either, its about pop not distance
