i've just got a board, now i need bindings! im stuck between the sphinx and era (2005 both), i don't like the parks 2005 but im open to suggestions (no boa's please), thanks.

demo them both and see which one fits you best !! have the 05 sphynx, they re sick bindings !!

Between the Sphynx and Era, I'd say Sphynx, unless you have a narrow foot. The Era I believe is designed for a little more narrow foot. But yeah, you can't go wrong with the Sphynx. I've heard nothing but great things about them.

I just got a set of 04 Sphynx for $179.00. They are pretty nice bindings. Very comfy.

2nd the 04 sphynx. save some cash. get a better looking binding (IMO) with the same great feel of the 05s.

they didn't have any sphinxs nor era so i demoed the ultras, loved them and got them

My Parents wont let me spend much more than about $160 on new bindings. What do you guys suggest getting. I really like liquid force and Hyperlite.

you could probably find some 04 LF Alpha's for around that price.

I've been looking for some but all the places seem to be sold out of larges.

i got my sphynx on ebay. the guy was in Michigan I think. I've seen them several places for that price. so look around.

Got a pair of 05 Sphynx at a boat show a couple of weeks ago at the "show special" price of $199 plus tax. Didn't realize how good the price was until I checked them out on eBay! <BR> <BR>Anyhow, have ridden them two days since then and love them. Comfortable, easy in/out, and a fairly flexible upper - kind of a "relaxed fit". According to the LF rep at the show, the difference between the 04 and the 05 is that the 05 has "molded" pieces which are supposed to fit better. All I can say is - it works for me!

What I really want, but cant seem 2 find anymore are some 04 Alphas. They were selling for about 150 but I cant find them anyore in size large. I'm wondering if you guys know where I can get some

i have 05 phynx they are sweat you should also try the 05 transits they are phat too
