I just wanted to share that I have received some great customer service for Duane of NVS. I recently purchased a pair of used NVS Addictions from this site, and Duane has been there to assist me the entire way. He has answered numerous questions in a timely manner, and we are scheduled to meet to swap the existing clamp and illusion bracket for a new set of clamps. He has also agreed to fully inspect the condition of the speakers and apply the new poly coating. He has gone beyond the regular call of duty, and I just wanted to share that for people in the market for tower speakers. I can't wait to get them installed, and get the boat out on the water now.

I do not own NVS speakers but I have heard great things about Duane and their customer service.

Definetly TOP NOTCH customer service all the time.

Returns all calls, returns all emails, answers all questions, and doesn't mind being on the phone for long periods of time with people explaining what he must think is the simpliest questions. I've been calling him for a couple of years. Oh yeah, best looking and loudest speakers on the market doesn't hurt either. (thats not a challenge for non NVS supporters to chime in). None of my friends or acquintances will be allowed to buy anything else but NVS if I have a say in it!!!!

Duane is the man! I bought his board racks had an issue with the rubber and he came and picked them up at my house. One week later, he dropped them off, good as new.

I met him the other day to drop off the speakers for inspection and to swap out the clamps...what a stand up guy. He seems really devoted to standing behind every one of his products.

I just picked up my boat from the stereo shop yesterday, after having my Addictions and a Kicker KX650.4 installed, and WOW. I am very impressed at the sound produced by these things. Not an overwhelming amount of highs, and a ton of midbass-just what I was looking for. My Addictions feel and sound brand new, due to the help of Duane, as he did a full inspection of them, upgraded my clamps, and applied the new poly coating-all at no charge. I will post some pics when I get a chance. Duane really stepped it up.
