Called to day seeking rubber grommet for the front bow eye slider bar as mine is about to fall off. Their reply was "it is in the mail". I asked if they wanted a credit card or what form of payment and the reply was "no, we dont take credit cards. An invoice would be in the box, just mail in a payment". I asked "how do you know I will pay for it"? and the reply is "we just trust our customers". <BR> <BR>Now that is old school way to do business and my hats off to them. I will certainly mail check immediatley as it is only $8.00. But that is just unheard of today and I hope some bozo does not screw things up. Just wanted to throw some props their way. <BR> <BR>Rick
