Looking at the surf expo pics (alliancewake.com) of the limited editions compared to the pics on WW of the regular editions, the limited editions seem drastically different (i.e. not just colors, but construction). Am I looking at this right?

It's weird... it's not the boots I saw on the pics for sure!!!

The limiteds are drastically different, and supposedly under 2 lbs. I think you'll have to pay pretty dearly for them though

We looked at them at the show, and tried them on. They are "crazy light"...and have an amazing footbed. Their construction is totally different than their standard boots and utilize at full length style air bag system. I would imagine, as they are a work in progress...that Liquid will evolve the boots even further as they aren't due to ship till Spring, but I'm sure they will be very good as they've been in the past. <BR> <BR>Bill @ Performance <BR> <BR>As for Price....they actually aren't going to be that much more expensive than the stock boots..about $30 if I remember correctly. The point of the limited edition boots is to be paired with the Fly core boards to get the lightest board setup you could ever ask for.
