SmartTow Settings for wakesurfing?

Just getting my new Supreme V226 dialed in and was playing around with the SmartTow and different launches yesterday.

From what I read, setting RPM's vs MPH's will hold your speed better, especially in wind (which we had to deal with yesterday).

When creating a custom profile, do you enter BOTH speed AND RPM, or just one or the other?

What about 'overshoot %' and 'duration'?

Just wondering if anyone has some favorite settings they'd like to share?

My SmartTow runs off of all GPS so I'm not sure about the other settings. As far as wakesurfing goes, we run between 10.5 and 11.5 with the plate at 25%, depending on how many people we have in the boat.

With 2000 lbs plus stock/plus people in a v226 we run on launch 3 right at 11-11.5 mph with the plate at 75% deflection and the wave is amazing. Rmember with the smart tow GPS speed control and auto launch the boat must "learn" first and then it will do it all on its own. For instance once you have it setup the way you think you want it - launch the boat three times without a rider and you will see the boat learn what it needs to do and you're done - it will always set perfectly and hold speed perfectly - but remember if you change something substantial let the boat learn your new setup.

I have never had a reason to mess with the custom profiles - just weight the boat, set the plate at 75%, set your speed at 11 to start (adjust to your riding style after you get her dialed), auto launch on 3, and enjoy!
