Problem with BordersMall
 

Has anyone been having problems with BordersMall?

I bought a new wakeskate from them and I haven't gotten any response after sending a couple emails and leaving a few messages on their answering machine.

I am far from impressed with their customer service. :rolleyes:

Ouch. Well that makes me want to cancel my order but what if it gets shipped out eventually?
