Why would you want to move out of disco bay

I would like to rent it for about 5 years, we're planning on adding to the family and the wife just can't ride enough to enjoy it, even though she did pull a few sets at 20 weeks. Anyways, the little guy has got his wheels and it's stressing us out. If you add a couple more kids, well you can imagine. I love Disco and will definitely move back when the family's ready.
