Yo guys, I got to ride the new tsunami today behind an 08 x2 and I F'n loved it! I have an 06 yellow loogey right now and Im lookin for a new board. Whats your guys thoughts on this board? it felt a lot more stable then my board and I felt like I could rip carves wayyy better and faster than with my board, even though Ive got those big a$$ fins. What other boards will ride like this one? my buddy got it for 250 which seems pretty dang reasonable considering I paid like 300 for mine.

I rode the new Tsunami a few weeks ago and still feel that my 07.5 Yellow Loogey is a far better board. I started out wanting a Tsunami at the beginning of last year and then got the Loogey instead and don't regret it one bit but I've never ridden the older Loogey so I can't compare the 2.

Yeah I think yours is the new shape and my guess is thats a lot better board.

ive got a 08 tsunami for sale for 200 obo its the same as the 09 just different color. ive loved the board but i have hardly used it due to wakeboarding.
