I was wondering how an 04 or 05 Mobius wake was? How it compares to Air Natiques, Tiges, and Mastercrafts X series.

My family owned a mobius v and we put bigger ballast bags in it and the wake was great. With even more weight it gets better. Best bang for the buck. The wake to me seemed more rampy. We owned a mastercraft 225 and the wake was comparable to that. An air natique wake has a lot more lip on it. Hope this helps.

Its a good wake, but needs more weight. Depending on how you like it (rampy or steap), you need to add more weight accordingly

Mobius wake is wider and not as firm as the Super Air. Super Air has more kick and you can ride at a much longer line length. I have riden behind a Tige switch without ballast and the wake size was not very impressive, I would like to try again with some weight in the boat. I ride mainly behind a Mobius and find the wake works great for me and my freinds.

How does the 04-05 wake compare to the 07 now that the Mobius LSV is a foot longer and a bit wider?

06 lsv. it is the newer hull.

my buddy has an 06 lsv that we ride behind regularly....its a good boat and a nice wake, fun boat to ride behind for sure, and i have to agree with jeff "best bang for the buck" for sure

The 06 LSV you have listed is the best deal. <BR> <BR> You can get a great wake out of the 05 and older Mobius by adding weight to the front of the boat. Last year i added about 350lb under the front seats and got nice big wake with the stock 3 bag ballast. This year i added the Fly High rear vdrive sacs(400lb each) but have not dailed it in yet.
