I tried my very first ever backroll today. Few tries actually. I finallyy worked up enouggh guts to try it, but had trouble rotating all the way around. Any body got pointers to help out an old guy?.....

David- Usually if you are not getting enough rotation, it is because you are not keeping the handle in close to your hips. When you are upside down try and pull the handle hard to your hips, that will keep your rotation going. Hope this helps.
