Any Idea what kind of fish these are? They looked like trout or small mouth bass?

Wow, thats crazy.

The lights attract plankton which attract insects and other small animals that eat the plankton which attract fish that eat the smaller critter and on up the food chain. Many companies sell fish lights now. I believe that fishing with a submerged light is illegal in at least three states...
