Vinyl Wrap on the Cheap.
Saw this link on autoblog about a guy who wrapped his car in his garage for $120. Got me thinking that a boat below the rubrail should be pretty easy.

Wow, looks damn good. I wonder what vinyl he used. Must have been a massive roll to avoid seems

Wow. Awesome link!
My question is how would you wrap it? With a car you can reach all the panels easily but for a boat I would assume it's on a trailer. Do you have a way to lift it or something? I'm very interested in this idea aswell |
I did the trim on my wife's car with flat black vinyl. Wasn't too difficult, just tedious and time consuming. I don't know where or what brand he got for $120...thats dirt cheap.
If you want a solid color its not tough to do, especially on a boat. The high cost comes with custom printing and professional application. |
I think that flat black on a boat would look cool.......of course my boat is grey so what do I know....lol

I just had a Clear bra put on the womans Denali, cost me $650 That woulda been alot cheaper...
