Not a big deal to let the "why?" be implied? They get a silver trophy as well(see her other hand), but I'm not sure if one is for the tour and one is for the event?

I think its AWESOME that they used a WAKEBOARD as a Trophy, especially because snowboards HATE on wakeboarders all the time. That is Brilliant!

Jason, <BR> <BR>I could go on and on and on about this, but Transworld and Snowboarder Magazine Routinely take pot shots at wakeboarding. <BR> <BR>For the record I too am a winter snowboarder.

Here is my take on different objects handed out at comps, at the Dew event if they gave a snowboard there might be a conflict of interest on board sponsors. Same with wakeboarding, "here's a Ronix board Trophy " Handing it to a Byerly rider that is on the podium..
