What are the best ballast bags?
I am looking at buying some ballast bags but am not sure of what the best is. I have been borrowing a friends fly high fat sacs which are really nice but are they really worth what they are priced at? And what would another good choice be?

You can pay twice as much for the Fly High and only buy them once or you can pay half as much but replace them 5 to 10 times. In the long run the Fly High will be much cheaper. Take a lesson from the rich. Rich people pay extra for a quality product that lasts. Poor people go to the dollar store and buy the same cheap garbage that breaks instantly over and over.

Fly high is definitely worth the price, I own a boardshop and the profit margins suck but I carry them over some of my other vendors cause the are quality and we have yet to have a issue with a single one.

Simple buy used Flyhigh sacs. A lot of people are constantly selling them check the classifieds on all the different OEM message boards as well. You can get them for easy 1/2 off.

I like the straight line stuff with the link connector. I've got 2 540s and 2 350s.

i dig sumo sacs personally there are better pumps though

I have some cheap off brand sacs(sumo maybe?) and they are ok but the connectors suck (waterbed style). They feel cheap compared to the custom fly high sacs that I have. The fly high's are worth the money. Keep an eye on the blems that Wakemakers.com sells, I picked up a custom surf bag for about $150 off.

You've just got to stack them. I find that stacking them in alternating directions works best.
