Hows the wake on a 93 sport nautique? i found one i like and i think i am going to buy it.

GREAT!!! Same hull shape as the Super Air
whaaa???? i'm pretty sure that it is NOT a SAN hull but i had a 92 and it did pretty decent with some people in it. I'm sure with some ballast and a tower that would be a good boat. If it is in really good condition and priced in that 11-13k range, i would consider it for sure. I loved mine.
i dont think they share the san hull except 96-98

The 92 hull is different than the 93 and up. The 93 and up sport hulls are the same running surface as the 2006 SAN. That being said it will throw a nice wake but it takes a bit of weight. I'm still trying to find the best combination on my own 94.
That should be one with the built in swim platform. It will throw a nice wake with extra weight in it, BUT you better have a good driver, cause water easily pours over the stern. '93 on does not have this issue.
Ditto to Pete and Kyle 93 and up are the same botton/hull, just differant decks as the SS and SAN through 06. Had a 94 and loved the wake.

Arrrgh...I am WRONG! For some stupid reason I got it in my head it was a 1992, and that year has the built in swim platform. 1993 is the PERFECT Sport hull and was the same until 1997. The hull is the same as the Super Sport of the same era (Not passed 1998), and many would call it a better shape than the later models with the TSC hull introduced in 1998. Either way it will throw a world class wake, that only a fool would pass up a chance to ride on.
ok so 93 and up basically?
93-97 Sport has SAN hull/bottom. Changed to TSC in 98.

94-98(?) Super Sport has SAN hull/bottom (precursor to SAN)

99-06 SAN

All these are the same hull/bottom, just deck changes.

I have a 93 Sport. Great wake! You will be happy with it.
