Hello there, I'm curious how cumbersome a 750# sac would be in the walk way of an X1/205V? Can any of you pass along your experience with this? Also, approximately how much weight did you end up with, when completely filled? <BR> <BR>Thanks for your help.

You can not fill it up all the way, but I guess that you can get about 600# in it. Be careful though, in the walkway on the driver's side, there is a rubber trim piece that will get ripped out when your filling the sac.

We have a pro X series fatseat bottom in our ski locker and it fits 100% perfect.... we have a supersport nautique but i imagine the sizes are similar

We have the lounge seat in our walkway....Best seat in the house and great ballast as well. How can you beat that. I think that 750 would put a ton of stress on the walls of the walkway and eventually cause some weakening to the walls over time. Just my .02 though

I had a 750 ProX in the walkway on my last boat. You will have to climb over it to get in and out of the bow, and it kind of mushrooms over into the front seats, so it is a little cumbersome. <BR> <BR>Now that I have a 205V, we have a 440 in the walkway, plus the locker sac, plus 160 in weights under the front seats.

Rich, do you think the 440 is a better fit? Also if I swaped out the hard tanks(250lbs) in the rear and put in the 400lbs sac's, would I need more than a 400 in the walkway? Just to let you know I also have 400 in the ski locker.

Woody, the 440 is a good fit; fills up the space but is about even with the tops of the seat cushions. <BR> <BR>I have the Pro-X 400's in the rear and have run the same setup you describe. A locker sack plus the 440. It's nice, definitely a great shape solid wake. Unless you go with 750's in the back that should be enough up front.

Thanks Rich, man that was a quick response. I forgot mention that I have 50lbs (100 total)of lead in the back next to each hard tank. From everything that I've read the 750's are too much in the back for this hull. I guess I could buy the 750 for the walkway and just not fill it all the way, but will it hurt the boat if I do end up filling it all the way? It just seems like if I'm going to spend the money on a 400lbs sac that I might as well spend a little more and have the option of the 750. What does everybody think? I've seen some pictures of x2's with a 600 in the walkway ready to explode. <BR> <BR>(Message edited by bwood on June 16, 2007)

This past weekend, I ran two v-drive sacs in the rear (800# total), stock ski locker (300# to 400#), integrated bow sac (200# or so), lead on the bow floor (130#), and two side sacs on the bow floor, not full, (450 to 500# or so) . . . And the wake was still a little on the steep side. I will probably replace the two side sacs with one v-drive sac, and keep adding lead, until the wake becomes more rampy. It's looking like 60% front and 40% rear may be the ratio after all.
