CWB Binding Questions

I've been riding on a pair of 2010 Factions and Marius on my two setups for the last year and love them, but have had a few issues:

1. The faction footbed/insoles ripped out of the boot in about 10 sets. Now they bunch up and pull out pretty much every time I get out of them. Not bad riding boat, but pretty much the worst when riding cable. Does anyone know how I can fix this? Gluing or stitching the footbeds back into place?

2. The lace locks on the factions quit working immediately. I tie a slipknot right infront of the lacelock, but that is a pain. I figure I'll just throw some regular style laces in there and bow tie them, what type of laces are working well for people?

3. My Company severance had one of the inserts go bad, so now I'm stuck on a board whose name I cannot speak. I'm thinking if I buy an extendo clamp I can get back to the same stance using an adjacent hole. Is this correct, will the extendo clamp cover the full one inch gap between holes? So I would only have to use one extendo clamp, the other clamp would still be original.

thanks in advance if you can help me out with any of this. I love the bindings and love my severance, but I've probably got almost 100 sets on the combo so bad things are bound to happen. I would buy the faction bindings again in a heartbeat if someone can confirm they beefed up the insole stitching for 2011

The CWB extendo clamps won't work for the 2010+ newer boots. They are made for the Zues era boots with regular 6-plate. Also, just call CWB they'll send you out new lace locks (they have a variety of them). I've found that the 2011 lace locks work well.

As far as the footbed ripping out... I'm not sure-sewing them would be tough but maybe some kind of glue/double back tape?

good luck
