2017 Liquid force 4D Boots - anyone used?

I want to buy a new gears for next season
But that was a big change with liquid force and Slingshot
The new tect flextrack is better than slingshot?
I broke 2 slingshot board....
And how is feel about 4D boots?

You break 2 fast tracks?

No more SS fast tracks finally...

Assuming LF (since HL and LF are the same brand) and HL tracks are the same, they will not be any more durable in my experience.

I'm curious as well about them!! I really want the 4D Trek boots since I a lot of cable. I know Felix rides the 4D Trek and absolutely loves them. The track system is a small concern for me mainly because I've never rode a board with one and I always hear stories about them moving or popping out. Hopefully LF got it right with them.

Really not sure if I like it. The old method is easy, works well, uses less hardware & if you lose a screw you can just borrow/replace straight away. KISS. IMO.

To me, the track system has never been much more than a gimmick on any brand of board. No one really needs that many stance options, and to be honest it's more annoying than holes because it's hard to be sure your stance on each foot is exactly the same. Every track has issues with the boots sliding out as they get loose too. LF claims to have fixed this issue, but I've spoken with a few who have ridden it and say it does the same thing. Not to mention, this system requires you to use a boot that can only work on select LF boards. Not for me I guess.
