Tailfish

some people might call it a tailish but its a stalefish, you should really grab between your feet or on the nose/tail of the board.

Chicken salad: Back hand - reach through your legs from behind and grab your toe edge.

J-rod, <BR> A chicken salad is your back hand grabbed the heel edge of your board between your feet. just like a roast beef but your hand is turned up instead of down.( if your hand is palm down on a table roll your palm up like you would grab roastbeef. now palm down again try rolling it palm up the other direction, the hard way.
