I thought for sure it would be soven or hutton. so many times I've seen soven stop spinning at 7 with time for a nine. Congrats to rusty though!

Nice Rusty! Is Danny healthy? If so, he'll probably land a grabbed BS 9 in a day or two. It seems like these things are happening in pairs and the next time it is stuck, somebody steps it up a notch. The fame is fleeting, but this has been a fun year to watch these guys push the sport.

Stephen, I second that, I could see danny landing one still injured, not to say it's an easy trick, but someone else landing one is even more motivating. Is anyone doing plain wake fs 9's?

you can totally see him spot his landing at 7, that last 180 is just pure rusty power! Amazing. I bet he could have taken that to 10, he def has the lift!

I havn't even seen it yet but the only other person I've seen that can land as hard as Rusty in the flats would be Shapiro. I think i remember seeing the first 10 Rusty did and he landed blind in the trough and just muscled through the landing - RIDONKULOUS! <BR> <BR>BS 9 - Hell, to the yes.

"Not a True Make" = He didn't stick it. It was fairly sketched out. Impressive, but a sketch landing.

This stuff about about "sketched out, not legit, not a true make" never ceases to amaze me. Did he not spin 2 and a half time before coming down? Sure it wasn't perfect, but he didn't butt check or anything that I would consider cheating his way through it. Good job Rusty.

Alliance is lame for calling it not a true make <BR> <BR>give the guy credit, I'm sure no one over there can even come close to anything Rusty does <BR> <BR>stop hating behind your desks and give him ALOT of credit, he deserves it

I think Rusty will stick one much cleaner within the next week that will take care of all the "not a true make" talk. He didn't stomp it clean, but he landed it without a doubt. He seems like a perfectionist, so he will improve upon it.
