Oroville riders... Me and the crew have a houseboat this weekend coming out of Bidwell. If you see us, be sure to stop by for a cocktail. We'll have a Blue/Tan/White Wakesetter LSV in tow.

aaronlee13 09-30-2003 9:52 AM

jarrod 09-30-2003 10:06 AM

What fork will you be down, I'm thinking about dropping the boats in and spending a weekend out on the lake.

jarrod 10-01-2003 8:16 AM

Sac, Tough to say. In the evening, we'll be hanging around the floating campsites. Not sure which fork, but last time we stayed to the left out of Bidwell. We didn't go under the bridge at all. Hope to see you there.

J-Rod -

Have a good time bro!

jetpilotrider03 10-01-2003 10:55 AM

hey bethany..you a local chico state rider?-nick

sbboarder 10-01-2003 1:29 PM

Nick,
No I am not. I hear the Team is well... interesting. They held tryouts and maded cuts. I play basketball at Chico State so I would have no time for actual competing. Since the move, I have ridden one time in Sac... I'm dying here.

Hi Linds,
I'm trying to work it, I am going through withdraws. How's the knee?

buttacup 10-01-2003 6:32 PM

Bethany is a great third and is never late, well except for when she forgot to wake up in time to meet someone at Elsinore for early morning riding. Besides that one time, she charges the wake and is always stoked.

I miss riding with you lady, hopefully next weekend we'll get to ride!

jetpilotrider03 10-01-2003 10:00 PM

no..not the waterski monopoly team
the hell with that
im startin a real wakeboard club...for wakeboarders and wakeskaters..im involved in the real works...boarding only

jetpilotrider03 10-01-2003 10:02 PM

one of my buddies here has a boat..you girls can go out if you want sometime...

sacdeep 10-02-2003 12:01 AM

Nick are you looking into getting a spot on Orovile that is exclusivly for boarding. Such as the spot the Don Pedro and New Melones Ski clubs have

wakeboardstud25 10-02-2003 12:10 AM

What up Nick. I go to Chico State and am always out at Lime Saddle. You from Chico or Redding? I am definately down to get a club going or something, that sounds tight. Always looking to meet more people that ride out on Oroville. Let me know.

What up Bethany

wakeboardstud25 10-02-2003 12:12 AM

Oh yeah and I agree with the hell with that about the water ski team. They are lame.

jetpilotrider03 10-02-2003 9:58 AM

sweet..im glad to see people interested..i have some hook up in the industry to get a chico/redding club stared..and a lot of people seem interested....im not sure about hte spot thing...oriville and shasta have sheriffs that dont give a f*ck about the sport or to help the wakeboarding community at all..but shasta has great spots..i would like to get the club started by next spring..it wouldn't be jsut a chico state club.casue a lot of good riders in redding( where im from)..dont have anything besides the lame ass int..but everyone in the area who is interested please give me your email..thanks, peace, -nick

martini 10-03-2003 10:58 AM

oroville is over rated...go to shasta or trinity instead...if you do go to oroville launch at lime saddle and stay up in the north fork!

wakeboardstud25 10-05-2003 3:09 PM

Thanks pete. What is overrated about? It is nice because no one even knows about it. Thanks for telling us where to launch though.

walt 10-05-2003 8:38 PM

Orville is only 2.5 hours from my place Shasta is 5 or 6. And every time I go to Orville its been butter.

eyesman 10-07-2003 4:54 PM

martini 10-08-2003 10:18 AM

martini 10-08-2003 1:29 PM

kevin-oroville is not overated, in fact it's not even on most people's radar...

it's my favorite place to ride and i don't want to see it get over done...
