Heater outlets?
 

One of the hoses on my pull out louver has come half way out. I tried to pull the louver apart to fix it, but the previous owner has super glued it together. I have tried searching for just the louver part, but can't seem to find a pull out type one. The only one that I can find come with the hole pull out assembly for $50. I was hoping to just spend the $15 or so for the louver itself. Any help on where I might find one would be great!
