Bought a handle to help with my 3's and need some help using it.

Bought a Straight Line Amoeba Launch Handle to help with my spins but am having trouble using it....anyone know of any videos with people using the wrap handles. THANKS!!

Pick up a copy of Murray's Detention 2010 and watch the sequence on learning spins. If you do all the drills and practice them, you will be landing spins in no time.
