Wake The World Alabama
 

Hey all, Wake The World Alabama is coming up June 28 and we recently had a few boats drop out for personal reasons. This is an official callout to anyone who might be interested in helping with this event. We are sponsoring kids from the Big Oak Ranch http://www.bigoak.org again this year and it sounds like with kids plus chaperones we have 93 people. You don't have to have an wakeboat to help with this event! Ski, I/O, etc as some kids will want to tube, just swim, whatever. The event is being held on Smith Lake again at Silverrock Cove. http://www.silverockcove.com/

I'm not gonna lie, this is a long day on the water... But worth every bit of it when you see these kids light up! Reply back to this thread and I will get you in touch with the coordinator for more details if you're interested.

are you sure you can have I/O. I'm pretty sure its jet and Inboards only.

Not positive we can't have them, but personally I would rather not have I/Os. I was asked to help get a few more boats and right now I think we are missing 7-8 boats. Just keeping any options open.

Still looking for a few boats to volenteer if anyone is interested in helping out. we are about 2.5 weeks away.
