Okay, so I'm a newbie and I'm so excited taking my boat out, I'm forgetting little things about owning a boat. I took the boat plug out today and have misplaced it. I'm supposed to take a boat full of people out tomorrow for and early AM run. It's the rubber kind that you twist. None of the boat stores are open early, is there anything I can use as an alternative to get me by for one boat outing? Hardware store is open early, any suggestions?

It's probably just a ~3/4" NPT plug.

Home Depot or Lowes in the Plumbing isle. My V-drive has 2 plugs. The one in the transom is 1/2" and the one under the transmission is 3/4" (I think). <BR> <BR>What kind of boat do you have?
