Your edge looks pretty good and your spin is under control. When I learned to do this trick consistently, I started to think about my landing position while I was backwards and totally disregarded the fact that I was going to be able to spot my landing at 360. Think about landing switch toeside (over your toes of course) throughout the spin and be confident about the rotation.

Also, you'll have an easier time landing if you land on the downside of the wake. To do this, take a shorter approach with a little extra umph at the top of the wake. From that video it looks like you have landed the trick 20 times, so you should get it soon!
